Went to go and run/lift this morning. Got about 23 minutes in, and my body just gave up on me. I thought I might just have been sleepy still, but I went to lift, and my body is just tired. Plain and simple.

I am going to give it a rest today and let my body recuperate. Gonna drink a lot of water, have quite a few protein shakes and take it easy.

After all, rest and recuperation are just as important as pushing it and training hard.

I just saw an old woman with an 'I <3 Justin Bieber' hoodie on.

I downloaded a new game today, it's like Marble Blast Ultra on Xbox live. Pretty awesome game.

So, you're ranked on time, and after every level, it tells you your world rank.

And no, there aren't only 10 people who play the game, I stalled for a long as time on one of the levels and got rank 10,000+.

Oh, sorry for the sideways pic, I thought they would be landscape.

Either I'm really good, or everyone who plays this game sucks.

Hey guys. Ok, so the thing is that I love the fat I have on my body everywhere but my belly. If I lose weight then I lose my tits, ass and thighs. But I just want to lose belly fat. I don't know if it's because the pregnancy or the c-section or what but I can't seem to lose it. What can I do? Any suggestions guys?

Kab told me the Nuke auto-kills all the units in a certain area, which means the units are gone FOREVER, i.e. can't be saved, so that'll come in handy for griefing if I so choose.

Anyone got any good gameplay tips tho?
